What you need to know:

You’ll need to create a new username and password. To do this, you’ll need your current NetClient CS login ID and password. If you’ve saved these details to your browser, please memorialize them. If you’ve forgotten your login ID, please contact us.

Beginning 11/17/2023 - Migrating Your NetClient CS Account

You’ll need to enable two-factor authentication. There are several options available to verify your identity when you log in. We recommend using the Auth0 Guardian mobile app, which is free on the Apple App Store for iOS and Google Play Store for Android.

Client Portal Frequently Asked Questions

After logging in, select File Exchange on the left side to view your Perm, Temp, and Tax Organizer (individual clients only) folders.

To upload files to us, select the Temp folder, then the Upload button.  Files in the Temp folder will be automatically deleted after 14 days.

You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader version X or higher to view PDF files on the portal.
